I've heard a lot of hot air regarding this issue. Some of this drivel is: "It will take ten years to drop it 2 cents."
I say: Rubbish. The very minute we start drilling, watch the price of oil fall.
Second, you can't tell me that a mobilized America can't speed that process up dramatically. There are many examples in our history.
