If he got a 14 because it was the first time he took the test, why would a kid that needs SAT/ACT results to qualify wait until late in his Senior year to take the test. Who is advising him?
They can take the PSAT in October of their Junior year and then take the SAT and ACT monthly until they get the results they need.
