I have to agree, however I found with my
MSU engineering degree that I would not have gotten a better job with a higher end degree. It was my summer coop and interviews that got me the job I did. I asked those questions.
And after that, it was my job performance and interview skills that got me the next job and next job.
To me, a solid university is a solid degree. If you really want the diploma to speak for you, better go to Ivy League or MIT etc.
