Stats, I thought Izzo's plan was to take 3 players in 2009 and 3 in 2010. If that is the case, then the opposite of your statement is true and in fact, Franklin's recruitment has an absolute zero-sum effect on Wilson's decision.
I have a hard time understanding how we can also look at the Oak Hill kid and put a press on him as well as Wilson and Franklin.
Something doesn't add up here mathematically (then again, I was a James Madison liberal arts major just so I didn't have to take a math class).
