OSU has an Offer to Marcus Hall, 5 * OL from Cleveland, OH, Glenville HS. He has several BCS offers but shows "high" interest in OSU according to Scout. I think OSU was starting to realize that Watt was leaning toward ND and I think they're counting on getting Hall, so I don't think OSU will be looking at the OH O-linemen that
MSU is interested in.
