I think your calculations may be a little off. I've got it at 1.5% that either make a 4* and 68% chance that both make a 3*. By the way, the chances that both make a 4* appear to be 0.44%. The chance that one but not both make a 3* is 26%. The chance that one is a 2* and the other a 4* is . . . well, I'm still working on that. But there is some chance of it happening.
