MSU's going to be lucky to have 18 scholarships to give out and you want to waste it on another WR? That makes you JLS. There are other, greater needs. For starters, D-Line, O-Line and even DB. 2, possibly 3 are committed already.
MSU brought in 3 on scholarship, plus anotehr preferred walk-on WR last year. Only JLS would think it's appropriate to bring in another.
