Don't rent from CMB. They screw you so hard on everything monetary, though they have nice properties. Don't expect much security deposit back. I barely got any of mine even though there were no damages and I had the place professionally cleaned. If you don't mind a landlord who will NOT pro-rate your rent even if you move in on the 23rd and move out in the first week of a month, then by all means go for it because they have nice places. They will make you pay the whole friggin month, I've paid 11 months rent to live somewhere for just over 9 months. They are DICKS!
