But Biden is a consummate insider. By picking a Governor, Obama can take the position that "we're coming to Washington to shake thinks up" (yes, I know he's currently in the Senate, but so was Gore and that didn't stop the Clinton/Gore campaign from taking an outside POV).

Obama is about change. There is nothing about Biden that says "Change"

So fill us all in on at least 5 significant or major changes Obama has brought to the people of Illinois and Chicago during his service in public life? And writing a BS autobiography doesnt count. TIA
