Funny thing is Franken was born in NYC, family moved to MN when he was 4 and after HS went to Harvard, made his fortune in NYC and moved back to MN.
Coleman grew up in Brooklyn NY, went to undergrad on Long Island, law school at University of Iowa and went to work in MN.
2 Jewish guys from NYC running for US Senate in MN, a state that is dominated by Roman Catholics, Lutherans and Baptists. Go figure
