Off-topic Legal Advice: Deadbeat roommate

Ok, RCMB legal minds come together. I bought a house this year and I let a friend move in around May. I knew it was a bad idea when the guy he used to live with came banging on my door looking for him like 3 weeks later, demanding his money. Anyway, after having to battle him to pay me every month and actually going into a little debt myself because of his lack of payment, I've decided that it's enough. Last week I left for Nashville for a few days and I told him to have my money when I get back are start making some plans for somewhere to leave. No money. I just got back from Chicago yesterday, when I left for that trip on Tuesday I left a letter stating the when I get back I better have my money the instant I walk in the house or I better find an empty bedroom. Again, no money. More excuses, he's getting it from a friend, his mom is sending a check, he left his wallet at a girl's house was the last one. So I told him to go get it then. Then she doesn't get out of work until 1:00A. So, I told him last night when I get home from the bar, I better have my money or his **** will be sitting by the curb. At that point, he said if I touched his **** he'd call the cops. Which I thought, fine, call the cops. This is my house, I don't want you in it the cops will make you leave. Anyway, I wouldn't do that anyway. Mostly because I don't feel like carrying his **** down the stairs and outside. Anyway, there was some more back and forth and that was that. After mulling it over a few cocktails, with Sparty2QP, I decided that I don't even want the money. Whether he has it or not, I just want him out of my house. I don't feel like going through this every month. When he came home today, I told him to keep his money (don't know if he even has it, doubt it) just be out by 1st of the month. He said fine, but I have to give him 30 days. I'm not a violent guy, much, but I swear to god there is no way in hell I can see this mother****er in my house for another 30 days without snapping and unleashing the beating of a lifetime. So, does anybody know, do I have to give him 30 days? Can I just change the locks when I get back from my next game on the 1st? Exactly how much trouble would I get in if I kicked him down the stairs?

Note: There is no lease. His license doesn't have this address. He's been here about 90 days.

THE MORE I TRAIN, THE STRONGER I GET.

THE STRONGER I GET, THE WEAKER THEY SEEM.

THE WEAKER THEY SEEM, THE EASIER THE GAME.

THE EASIER THE GAME, THE GREATER MY THREAT.
