What shred of proof does this guy have that he lives there?
Has he paid ANY rent at all?
If not, change the locks, take his stuff, and dump it on the curb.
He NEVER lived there.
Never had lease.
Never was a tenant.
He was a guest who would not leave when asked. A trespasser.
It's your house and you don't know what the guy is talking about when he says he lives there.
He does not live there.
