If the cops show up, then shmooth should simply say "Well, since you are here, in addition to not paying the rent, there is some money missing from my office. I would like to file a police report for that. Hey, deadbeat, since you admitted taking it, said you had it, and would return it later, do you happen to have any idea where that money is??!?!?!?"
