MSU better be ready to pony up some cash...he is lagging in BT salaries and IMHO, he is doing a lot with a little with what he has. If
MSU is ever going to become a "destination" job, it must pay coaches well and provide incentives in contracts that demonstrate that we will pay top dog money for a top dog program....if we win a Rose Bowl or a National Championship, we will have the donor money to have one of the highest paid coaches in the country...why not have that incentive in his contract?
