Yeah, I saw that. I'm all for it if it is a minor league deal - the more arms in ST the better. Not sure that he is worth a spot on the 40 though. the only thing I can see is that Seay isn't really a true LHP (pitches better against righties). I don't see why Rapada or McBride can't do the job though. Always helps to add arms though.
