I give:
Hanley Rameriz (SS) & Aubrey Huff (1B,3B)
I'm seeing Cabrera and Rameriz as basically a wash offensively... Rameriz is batting 3rd instead of leadoff this year, so his run and steals production should fall off a bit but his RBI's will likely go up and be close to Cabrera. Rameriz will probably still swipe 25 bags or so... so maybe give him a slight edge offensively if he hits atleast 30 HRs again (which he should). My team already has good power hitters (see roster), but giving up a base stealer could hurt.
I'm not sure what to make of the Huff and Tulowitzki part of the deal. Huff was on my team last year and was a beast. (96 R 108 RBI 32 HRs and a .304 AVG) However he doesn't have a track record of putting up these big numbers and last year seems to be a bit of an abberation. He's had a slow start this season and he's getting older, so his best years are probably behind him. He'll get a handful of situational steals, but that's about it. Tulowitzki on the other hand has already been red hot this season after an injury plagued 2008 campaign. He's a young player with huge upside, playing in a very hitter friendly park, but obviously he has no real track record to go on at the Major League level and the previous injuries are a concern. Tulowitzki does have the speed to steal bases... but the jury's still out on what his healthy production should be.

When it is all said and done this year, I think you get more from what you have than what you would get in return.
Ramirez and Cabrera won't be a wash, Cabrera will have a big edge. The difference will be Huff over Tulowitzki. Ramirez will still hit .300 and hit 20 bombs and knock in 85. Cabrera will show down, his pace right now is insane.
Huff will hit at least .280 and hit 20 bombs and knock in 85, Tulowitzki will hit 8 bombs and knock in 50, and bat .230 to boot.
I hope you didn't make that trade.
