Shake it off. Usually these injuries are because you are not going heavy enough in they gym. Using really poor form is another reason stuff like this flares up. You should workout with 20 pounds heavier then your normal max and hyperextend your lowback and put as much strain on your shoulders as possible. It's the only way to get them to adapt and heal.
