Goulash. I know, I'm an awesome cook.
so simple, even I can't mess it up:
pan fry some ground beef, bell peppers and onions.
Mix the beef/veggies together with a can of condensed tomato soup, chilli powder, and pasta of your choice (I usually go with elbow... that's not my picture above).
I alternate between this dish, Spaghetti and Mac 'n Cheese most weekdays.
EDIT: I should note that I basically need to fortify my diet with a vitamin a day since all I ever eat are calories.
