Cooks: What's your "go-to" recipe?

Fried potatoes.

Slice potatoes
Lotsa Butter
Lotsa Pepper
Sometimes, Ketchup.

Fry to crisp, then turn down the heat and cover for about 15 mins, turning over every few minutes.
