Cooks: What's your "go-to" recipe?

An almost homemade Italian.

1 lb of Italian sausage ground or link If using links cut into 1/2" pieces after cooking if ground just brown and drain.
12 oz raw mushroom clean and cut into quarters
12 oz rigatoni or penne medium size
1 jar or marinara sauce of your choice
8-12 oz of shredded mozzarella

Boil the pasta and put into a casserole dish greased with olive oil add mushrooms, pasta, sausage and 3/4 of the sauce. Mix add remaining sauce to top
cover with mozzarella and put in 325 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.n
