read the decision where the judge finds in favor of the defendent (i.e. against the people saying Gore's movie shouldn't be shown in schools) because the movie is "substantially founded upon scientific research and fact"?
Further, far from being errors, which one might think is flat wrong like saying the sun revolves around the earth, the issues were typically issues where the judge thought Gore was either stretching the evidence (e.g., Katrina was caused by climate change) or there wasn't enough evidence to make a particular claim even if the current available evidence is supportive.
