Unfortunately unless you are all making a nice wage that high deductible is a time bomb for those folks making $30K or less.
But on the bright side your company has successfully shifted more costs to you without the pay raise to balance out the shift.

How is this shifting the cost to the employee if the company 100% funds the high deductible? For me its a deductible of $2,500, and the company funds the HRA $2,500 for me, so after I run through that HRA $$ 100% of everything is covered.
