One of the first posts that I put out there discussed how in my opinion Northwestern was the ?trap game? for this year. At halftime of this game I was deathly afraid that I had been correct. Penn State had no answer for the rhythm-based short passing game that Northwestern was employing. It will be hard to say what would?ve happened if Kafka had not gotten hurt. I would like to think that the defensive adjustments would?ve worked anyway but we will never know.
