I was just thinking it might be time to start a 2010 board, because staff is going to be spending a lot of focus on 2010 recruiting in the next 6 months. Much more time than any previous MSU team has been able to devote that far in the future.

I still have to roll my eyes when we're talking about 15-16 year old kids between their sophomore and junior years in HS.
From another post, the OL guy we just signed didn't even start all of his junior year.

But he's 6'8 290 and has some of the quickest feet and best technique in this crop of OL

Want opinions of those who follow recruiting closely 
How many recruits will be offensive or defensive players in 2010 and how many at each position? When are most offers given? Is there offers on the table for any 2010 players. who are they, and who are of interest for the 2010 class at this time?

I guess no one on here "really" knows anything about current recruiting for the 2010 class. 
Maybe I'm the expert--hehe Didn't Michigan 2010 stud Gholson attend the last senior day playing tight end and doing some D End work? Did he get an offer? What is the chances of him picking the Spartans.
Is there anyone out there in Tailgate land with a knowledge of recruiting????????
PS EMSP- Have you ever heard the early bird often gets the worm.

Or maybe no one wanted to do a full write-up for you. Only a few players have reportedly been offered for 2010 like Robert Bolden, Max Bullough, Devin Gardner, Austin White, and Jamel Turner.
