Didn't see the original but I would presume you had to much info from Dorsey's original post in yours.
That would be because AA changed it.

Maybe.......I thought about that and felt I left it vague enough. I guess not.

Committed to tO$U per rivals. Hopefully we land a solid TE in this class.

This is where it gets interesting in my opinion.
Tight end is a very important position and I think this makes Dion Sims a must recruit for us.
He is the perfect playmaker for us and a weapon that we need.
Other TEs may pop up but right now the big ones are Hazelett, Hageman and Sims. Hazelett is more like a Fragel type where he may project best as an OT. Hageman will be a tough pull the way Brewster has been recruiting.

he might struggle to find playing time at TE though with the class OSU got last year. I hope he is ready to be a tackle

I'm sure Dantonio has been in contact with Sims and others. We need a TE!

He's not going to be a TE anyways.

I was really hoping we could land this kid but that's how the recruiting game goes.

In OSU's system the TE is a 6th blocker.

He will be a blocking TE. With OSU's OL recruiting, especially at T, he has a better shot of cracking the lineup at TE.

honestly i was never impressed with him. But that's probably my bias against blocking TEs.

He is going to be a tackle. He wanted to play TE but OSU probably showed him the best route to the NFL would be as a tackle.

You actually couldn't be further from the truth. OSU is recruiting him as a Tight End and has no plans on moving him. OSU covets Tight Ends with Fragel's skill set. We prefer bigger Tight Ends who are good blockers. Their receiving ability is secondary.
If he puts on too much weight the move might be necessary, but with his size and strength already, and Ohio State's lack of depth at Tight End, he could realistically see a lot of playing time as a freshman, especially if he's as good a blocker as people say he is.
49ers169 was right when describing how Ohio State uses the Tight End. They're basically extra tackles, though with the ability to make some catches. There aren't any flex Tight Ends on Ohio State's roster. They're all in the mold of 6'6"+ and being excellent blockers. Fragel will be another one.

I hope Fragel knows this. OSU is a machine with putting guys into the NFL, but blocking TE's rarely get a look.
