My "gut feeling" tells me Gordon is waiting for a U of M offer. He attended their camp. They probably told him after they know on some of the National recruits that he'll get an offer but to me he doesn't seem to fit their system of smaller quick receivers.

Things are shaping up very good here just to let everyone know.
I think rivals just put up an article on Cam as well.
My prediction....Cameron Gordon is another 4 star Spartan commitment.
ps-I'm running out of fingers counting the four stars.  |

Any idea when this might happen? As the previous post says, we've got offers out to other WRs and he might have to hurry....

I think he'd rather it happen later rather than sooner and he might even mention something to that effect in the article...can't remember, but given the circumstances he might pull the trigger sooner than we think. No, not tomorrow or anything like that. No frenzy needed. But maybe before the season starts and going in, that wasn't the plan.
If he had to decide today, he'd be the next Spartan great at WR |

dont buy that at all, he camped at msu recently as well.
he may very well like to have a uofm offer but it's not why he's holding out. If it came down to uofm offering as an athlete/lber and msu offering as a wr, I'm 90% certain he'd go to msu

I still dont get Gordon. I like him a lot and Rivals has him at 4-star but his offer list is....not that impressive.
There are 3 stars (I know, I know..stars stars) that have 3x the BCS offers. Why is he not blowing up? Is he waiting to show his stuff this fall and get more offers?
Makes me wonder if he either wants to get more offers for the pride of it, or is he looking for alternatives to his current offers, or obviously both?
I love his size and speed...versatile athlete.

It doesn't matter in the end. Whether it is coaches not getting a look at him, coaches thinking he's already a done deal to MSU, whatever it may be....it doesn't matter.
You can see from his video just how talented he is and MSU loves the kid, that's what matters. Rivals backs their opinion with 4 stars. The kid is a stud. I can't wait for him to chose the

I think he wants that U of M offer because of his ego and the pride of it. As MSU's class begins to fill up, he may have to make a commitment sooner rather than later.

He was ranked # 5 in the state of Michigan w/ 4*'s. MSU has verbals from 6 of the top ten players in the state with two of the top ten still uncommitted.

Cam can play safety or linebacker along with WR. I'm sure they'd still take him if he wants to come at this point. Now, if the class fills up in a hurry, he may be left out.
