Holds offers from Syracuse, Vanderbilt, WVU, Penn State, and Georgia Tech. MSU has talked about offering him. Might plan camps with teammates including Spartan target Anthony LaLota.

Both of those guys seem like animals. I would image recruiting them both would help in the process a lot. I've noticed a lot more kids want to either play close to home, or go with a teammate. Is anyone else noticing this trend, and can anyone try to explain it. Don't get me wrong, I would have loved to play closer to home, but it wasn't a deciding factor at all. It would be cool to go play with one of your boys, but it seems that a lot of these big time recruits, location, and fellow teammates are a big factor.

The Hun School's DL must be effing scary with Lalota and Stockton. Also is a 4 star per Rivals now and is in the Rivals 250 at #248.

Rivals - Lucky 13 for Stockton $
Starting to hear from Cal, USC, and OU. Will probably trip to PSU for their spring game on April 19th (same day as MSU's).

Rivals - Stockton Wants to Visit Irish Again $
Wants to try to visit for their Spring Game. Going to narrow down his list in the summer
Also, apparently he's already been at the Hun School for 4 years? Says that repeating 10th grade is normal.

No Crap!! This kid looks like he's ready for the NFL combines now, can't imagine what he looks like after even more strength and conditioning.

Does any one know how our repuation at The Hun School is these days? Natale & McGovern both bailed out early on us, I can't imagine that either of them had much--if anything--good to say about our program. If both had gone on to be 4 year players for us I would probebly feel a little better about our chances.

Neither player did anything at MSU. McGovern wasn't able to crack the DL line up even though there was a considerable need, and he didn't impress as a TE either. Natale left because he saw what he believed to be the writing on the wall when KN verballed to JLS. He was already behind Stanton and Hoyer, and with Nichol verballing he figured he wouldn't ever see the field.
McGovern didn't live up to his high ranking, and Natale bolted before the train wreck that was JLS's final season started so who knows how he would have done under Dantonio. The one thing that has happened to each of these players is that they haven't been able to crack the starting line up at Rutgers, so it is not like they became super stars after leaving MSU. What are they going to say about MSU? That they didn't get a fair shot at playing time and that their talents were wasted? The same could be said for their playing careers at RU as well.
