We have a little more room to get excited with star rankings, because if we do get a stud player and he ends up playing they don't transfer. lately those that do transfer, it is because they can't crack the starting lineup. Mallet would have been the starter, Boren already was, michigan must be a wonderful place.

Wow, absolutely brilliant analysis there.

I was just going to say....this thread is way off topic and out of control. I would lock it...AA, you can add pertinent news, but remove the ability for anyone else to post.

So if I'm paranoid by posting here, what does that make you, since you are posting in a thread about a Michigan commitment who has a 0% chance of attending MSU? But hey, you do have a helluva basketball program. Too bad they can't help you beat Michigan on the football field.

I dont buy that you weren't trying to slip in a few shots at tressel but what ever, you where wrong about the kid campbell was going up against so basically you have no point. Campbell threw an undersized o-linemen who's going to wind up playing div 2 or 3 woop de do

campbell has visited msu multiple times and I'd be willing to bet he takes an official here in the winter. Whether you want to admit it or not he's still in play which is why AA hasn't locked the thread.

so if msu basketball helps lure guys like dion sims and fred smith away from uofm (so they can be dual sport athletes obviously) then maybe you should think about revising your last sentence. I have a feeling it may be proven false down the road

You still haven't justified being a schtick,

if msu wins 8-9 and uofm struggles like most think campbell will give msu a look and probably even take an official with norman. He's already been up here multiple times so I wouldn't say zero, probably 5%

strong sources are saying USC will get him in the end.

must bother you how accurate it was.

One kid was your best returning linemen and a uofm legacy, the other kid was a shoe-in to start at QB. But they just packed their bags and left

shyt boren even has to pay his own tuition to play for your main friggin rival. You can spin it as much as you want, that should never happen to an alleged "ELITE" program

you just decide to leave a lot out don't you.

Nobody on the team like Ryan. why would you want that guy to stay? Let him go somewhere where he can fumble, i mean be happy. ( Its unusual that UM should be worried abotu a guy that everyone for MSU said sucked, now he is a huge loss)

Boren hurts, but he didn't like to run. Life moves on.

Right, it couldn't be that he thought Dicky was a major tool who would do nothing for his draft stock since he doesn't put any lineman into the NFL.

So that we can continue to taunt the UMers about their top recruit's inevitable signing with USC.

Tell me you are not upset that Ryan Mallet left.

Spin Spin Spin, Mallet was a big time talent. Of course msu fans didn't like him

Mallet will light it up at Arkansas I'm sure of it.

Boren leaving had little or nothing to do with running, he'll be running at OSU. incredibly naive to try and spin it that way.

fact is UofM lost 2 kids who where guarranteed starters, how often does that happen at a name bcs program?

What is the deal with Cass Tech anyhow? Is their coach a wolvie? AD? someone over there that spurns kids from going to MSU?

I would agree we have little chance of getting this kid to flip, his teammate Jones is going to scUM (and has no MSU offer)

Last question, has anyone ever verballed to scUM and flipped to the good side in recent memory? Lamarr Woodley I know did flip to their side

No, he won't.

I mean it. My MSU football insider said "no way in hell." He's never been wrong.

Big M,

Why can't you just admit that Rich Rod is an awful front man for what should be a classy football program? If Spartan fans can get frustrated and flustered by John L slapping himself silly, then the least bit of red meat that you could throw to this crowd is to admit that Rich Rod's ethics are questionable, at best.<
