He's a big kid. I hope Caper and Baker are contacting he and Buckner often.

Just have to hope we can get he and Buckner in for another visit and we'll have a fighting chance.

We've got to get both of them to come to EL and have Baker/Caper/etc. there to establish a relationship with them and let them know that they would be a major addition to an already special class.

Buckner at minimum was up at the rivals day with caper/baker/norman etc and it was a very positive experience. I do not recall if Leon was there

Scout - Chicago O-Line Giant High on MSU $

Likes Dan Roushar..who is best friends with his high school O-Line coach. That's why MSU is one of his favorites.

I have also heard that Lendell is good friends with Arthur Ray. So hopefully their friendship will help them look favorably to EL . . . and most importantly prayers for Arhtur as he continues his valient battle with complications (an infection in the bone) from his cancer surgery. God Bless and GO GREEN!!!

We really, really need a OT of this caliber. He would be one hell of a get for MD and Co.

Oh to be Illinois with 2 of their 3 current commits naming their 'favorites' even though they are committed.

I was thinking the exact same thing. How can you be verbally committed, yet naming an order of favorites? I believe you need to take these guys off of the verbal list.

Because of the good old hard sell. Technically all three of their verbals are looking elsewhere. Fellows could be a Buckeye before the summer time according to some.

A lot of guys on here wanted a hard sell last year but these are the ramifications to having that approach.

Do you think Leon is going to visit with Buckner? It seems he is interested in us too just a little more under the radar

It "seems"? I dont think there's been a quote in months from Hill even remotely talking about backing out of his verbal. You guys are really getting carried away here
