Yep, and I think we can get that question mark off the MSU offer heading.

Is he the only DE we've offered? If so (and it is, to the best of my knowledge), the staff must be very confident that we'll get him.

Great size, good program/location and a position of need.
Custis is a vital recruit.
I know things will change, names and faces will come and go, but he seems to fit the bill nicely.

MSU has also offered DE Dan France from North Royalton, OH. He is 6' 6" and weighs about 270 lbs. 3*'s on Rivals, 1* on Scout.

According to the Dan France thread, he's being recruited as an OT.

As usual Coach Dantonio is looking for athletic players who can play multiple positions. France plays both DE and OL in HS !

Based on his size, I'd expect the coaches are looking at France as a tackle. Maybe he's still fast enough to play college DE, if so he should be pretty effective, but he looks to have tackle tattooed to him.

He's saying he won't make a decision until December so hopefully we can get him on campus in the fall and change his mind about BC.

Will be difficult to get him to change his mind. Columbus DeSales has a long history of being a pipeline to Boston College and Notre Dame, sending many athletes to those 2 schools.

Depends what ND does in the season and the rest of their scholarships. They may not have a spot for him in december and another bad year doesnt help their situation. If we win 8 games and go to another good bowl then i think we will get him

He's actually listed Boston College as his favorite. Notre Dame hasn't offered him yet.

Great offers and interest, seems weird that we've stopped calling.
