I'm not very familiar with either Wake Forrest or Louisville's offenses. Are they run oriented or pass-happy? MSU has an offense that would be a dream for a fullback recruit. Also, some of the fullbacks on our team were converted from other positions so there should be an opportunity for this guy to play some good minutes.

Louisville is a pass happy attack, but that might change with Bromhe (sp) in the NFL. Wake runs a run first O

The square is seldom if ever cool ... He is "not with it", that is, he doesn't know "whats happening." But if he manages to figure it out, he moves up a notch to "hip." And if he can bring himself to approve of what's happening, he becomes "groovy." And after that, with much luck and perseverence, he can rise to the rank of "cool."

Wake runs a misdirection style offense that requires their backs and the QB to really be in sync.

Jim Grobe is a disciple of former Air Force coach Fisher DeBerry who mastered the option. At times Wakes running game looks eerily similar with all the reads the QB makes before handing the ball off. The backs rely on being extremely quick at hitting the hole and not on sheer brute force. This kid doesn't fit that mold in my opinion but that doesn't mean he wouldn't want to play at Wake.

Reasons we probably didn't get him (just educated guesses)
1) Jim Grobe is a really good coach
2) Wake Forest is a fine school and a heck of a lot closer to Florida
3) We have a lot of depth at RB, and a history of converting LBs (which we also are beginning to have in excess) to FB.
4) They have 2 FBs on their roster, and both are upper classmen, meaning Bohanon will be the most talented FB/ powerback on the team as a true freshman

Looking at this, I can't blame him, plus our weather sucks.

Wake Forest redshirts ALL of their true freshmen.
