Robert Bell from EGR at #16 is surprising. Never heard of him.
Dana Dixon is too low too IMO.
Also its weird to see that U of M only has 2 instate commits. They are going to go out of state a lot more for guys I feel like.

I hear that Robert Bell is a beast. He is a stepbrother to the UofM Gradys.

According to UM fan on rivals.com, there's one one or two impact players this year in MI.

Guys left uncommitted of interest:
Cameron Gordon- Will be a Spartan or a Wolverine
Dion Sims- Your guess is as good as mine
Robert Bell- Will not be a Spartan
Shamari Benton- I think he'll be a Hoosier or a Chip
Jeff Fantuzzi- He plays for Dakota he has to be good
Bennie Fowler- BFIF
Edison Vushaj- Sleeper, we should get him?

yep, the DT who will flee to the west coast and the self proclaimed "Best back in Michigan".
All others are overrated busts who will never qualify

What will be classic is when that DT heads out west, that RB will lose his offer.

It's been rumored that the school out west may offer a scholarship to that RB in an effort to land that DT in a package deal.

Don't think that USC needs to take a package deal in order to get one player. That would be a waste of a scholarship they could use on another 5 star player.

More impressed with the fact that we have 6 of the top 8 committed players...and are still in on the other 2.
Only 1 for um -

Is the Caper drop due to the fact that he isn't really camping?

I would guess so. I do not know if he is attending camps and if not, why? I have seen him play and I believe he is better than the #9 guy in MI. I think once he starts playing again he will rise.

why attend camps when you already know where you are going to school. You have nothing to prove to no one but yourself, you have already convinced the right people of your talent why convince people you don't know. Maybe he decided to enjoy his summer with his friends and family knowing it might be the last summer he has to himself in a long time.
I can respect that a hell of a lot more than someone who wants to prove how great he is to people he has never met even though he already knows where he is going to go to college.

Good point, never thought of that. Either way, like I said, he is very good.

A lot of times players are going to camps to become better players. It's not all proving yourself to coaches, but also learning new techniques and drills to improve yourself. I can understand not taking multiple trips to show yourself off to coaches, but to not go to camps and deprive yourself of the learning opportunities is doing yourself a disservice.

According to a poster on Spartan Mag Caper was at MSU on Friday and he looked like a complete stud while running through some drills.

isn't that what a redshirt season and a freshman year are for, to learn technique and study. If the kid would rather hang with friends and see his family than run drills at some camp in Ohio I can't fault him one bit for hanging out back at home.
