I wonder if OSU will offer just to keep Marcus Hall in Columbus. They lost Cordale Scott to Illinois last year and Scott is reportedly working Hall VERY hard on behalf of tIllini. If Edwards were to commit to Illinois, the OSUers would get extremely nervous....

OSU really doesn't have enough scholarships lying around to offer people for the heck of it and they've already got 6 DBs in this class. Every single one a four star.

That is a pretty impressive list of offers for a "2 star".

He could move up to 4-stars pretty soon. He has been absolutely awesome the first two weeks of the season. Just kind of fell under the radar last season

Oh I'm fully aware of OSU's scholarship situation. They've got room for three more and want Hall, Corey Adams, and a second TE. The second TE isn't a necessity with Fragel on board and Adams is still a bit of a long shot being that his other two options are both very close to home. They could very well end up with a couple more offers available should they lose out on Adams, Sims, and Hageman.

There are other offers out there for OSU. Marlon Brown being one. Corey Adams is not as long a shot as you think. He comes from an Ohio family, and is a Buckeye fan (USC is also now out of the picture, it's OSU or ASU). Hall is clearly one the coaches are pushing for. With so many db's, only 3 schollies left, and tons of targets still out there I doubt he gets an OSU offer.

First of all, I know all about Brown & OSU. Second, USC just told Craig Roh to take a hike so that they could focus on Adams, so they're obviously not out of the picture. I know Edwards won't get an offer; if OSU is going to take another DB (or hybrid DB/LB) it's going to be either Vlad Emilien or Frankie Telfort.

I'm pretty sure he isn't really condering state and is leaning towards Ill., though this was before the UM offer. I thought he had an offer from us. Can anyone confirm any of these? He has been blowing up in Ohio this season.
