I think it is just another tour by a 5 star player like Jenkins did last year.

Maybe. Maybe not. I hate to back DoubleD on this (so I won't, because Larry Foote is of questionable moral turpitude), but spread offenses do put lineman in the NFL. maybe not RichRod, but others do. In fact, Hernderson is about as shoe-in for a top NFL prospect as one gets.
As knowledgeable football fans know, pass blocking at a high level against top DEs (whether in college or the league) from the LT position is THE premium position/needfor any team. Watch Henderson's video - he's just a beast. Pro teams employ various forms of the spread look all the time (look at Pats, the Cardinals, etc.).
The LT almost always guards the blind side of a quarterback. Footwork is key.
Run blocking is more of a premium from the C/G position (who do a lot more pulling/trapping). Often, the LT's job on an inside running play is to steer the DE to the outside shoulder. And on RB/flanker screen plays (used all the time in the spread), the LT position is often the first lineman down the field looking to maul a LB or even DB. Agility/athleticism is key here - even more so than RT. I'm not saying U of M is THE best situation for him, but I really don't think it matters where he goes, as it's all a moot point, anyways.
He's a shoe-n for the Lions in the 2013 draft with the #1 pick when he goes pro after his junior season.

rumor that he was back on campus to see the BBall practice and FBall practice this week. If the above story is correct in that he is spending some time here in MI, he could have been still around.

That would be great to have a guy like this for both sports -- we really could use him in Football and he would also be an asset for the Tourny run. You can never have enough big guys. Look at us right now Ibok and Gray off the bench.

At 6'8", 300 lbs., he'd make a heckuva presence under the boards. Nobody moving him out of there.

Wow, I don't think I've ever used a smiley before in almost 200 posts, but the idea of getting a player like this because of the way our basketball program enriches the football program and vice versa is enough to make me go !
I can't imagine the chances are great but it's fun to dream.

Imagine if he wants his space in the paint, nobody will be moving him.

But still, what can the coaches say or do that sway a recruit in this manner?
That being said, landing Seantrel would be incredible.

A few years ago, Mike Tirico was doing the MSU-um game at Ann Arbor (Where Mike lives), and stated that um had a larger undergraduate enrollment than MSU. I was thinking 'is anyone in the truck going to correct him on this?' ( Big Ten Conference - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia)
