Lippett finished with 231 passing yards in regulation and 100 on the ground. He threw three touchdown passes (of 19, 29 and 33 yards) and ran for two more (of 7 and 31) in regulation. Then in overtime he ran for two touchdowns and the winning two-point conversion, and threw for the other PAT (to Ashton Gaines).

For those of you familiar with diehard (poster on SportsInferno & SpartanMag who's tight with the Bolden family), he said he talked to Bolden Sr. recently and Bolden Sr. insisted that Lippett's on the same level as his son & Devin Gardner in terms of QB ability. I wouldn't totally rule out the possibility of him taking snaps here, especially if Boisture doesn't pull himself together after this horrendous season.
