8 rushes for 98 and 2td's in the first quarter last week, but he tweaked his groin and sat out the rest of the game. surpassed the 5000 career yard mark in the game though. Congrats Nick.

This guy seems like a Quizz Rodgers type, quick as hell and gets lost in the shuffle

Can he graduate after the first marking period and help this battered RB stable?

Chelsea lost 45-9 to Ann Arbor Pioneer. Nick was knocked out of the game before halftime with a shoulder injury. Article doesn't mention how severe the injury is.

What kind of role do people see him playing here? Like a Jaquizz rogers type RB or mainly get him in open space since he apparently ran a 4.35 at our camp? Return guy?

Definitely a return guy. With those wheels they'll be kicking away from him.
And a RB I would think, but certainly you've got to get the ball in his hands one way or another.

As good as he looks in hs, I am still hoping that he gets a rs. This would seperate some of our talent at the rb position and give him a year to get even stronger. I really think he could be a feature back here

If Baker and Caper stay healthy, I cannot imagine Hill not redshirting...unless he is really needed on special teams...as in really really needed.

Yea, I should have clarified. As good as Winston, baker, and Martin have looked on special teams, there's such an injury risk with returning kicks. That's where I thought Hill might get some pt next season

Hopefully redshirts. Works on his blocking, and could be a great 3rd down pass catching RB.
He would be awesome on returns, as he has fantastic speed and would get "lost" behind his blockers.

I don't think his injuries are that serious and long-term. He's gonna be a hell of a return guy.

Not really, K-Mart will be a Jr. Hill will most likely Red Shirt and be a RS-Freshman in K-Marts last season.

And as far as college recruiting, those numbers mean... ? I don't want to sound like a jerk, but I have a feeling he'd be a much bigger name if he were being pursued by D1 schools.
