Fantasy Baseball Suggestions

I am looking to get into a league this year and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to which ones are the best, actually worth the money you would pay for them, etc.. I have played on yahoo's in the past but am looking to find something more detailed in terms of player movement, team management etc. Websited or links would be appreciated.

As far as joining an internet league (i.e. Yahoo, etc.), I've found it hit or miss. It all depends on the owner's which is a crapshoot in those kind of leagues. There are several message boards attached to fantasy baseball sites which are looking for owners to join leagues. I haven't done that, but I would bet your odds are better there for owner participation than free Yahoo leagues.


If you are asking what type of league to join, I like auction keeper leagues the best since you have a theoretical shot at any and every player out there. You also get to keep players who were bargains. That will be harder to find on the internet I would think unless the league uses fantasy auctioneer or some other website.

As far as style? I personally like the 5x5 setting.

Yahoo is good if you know the other owners in your league.
