Fantasy Baseball Trade Help

Just got proposed a trade in Fantasy Baseball -

I have to give up Gary Sheffield and Edgardo Alfonzo and I get Troy Glaus and Brett Myers.

Seems pretty good, but Myers might cool off soon. What do you guys think?

Glaus has had a nice start but is very injury prone. Sheff is in a monster offensive unit, sure to keep racking up RBI and BB all year, plus he will play through a lot of pain and stay in the lineup.
