Fantasy Draft - 7th pick
I have my draft tomorrow night and am struggling with who to pick at #7. There's about 4 or 5 guys I'm thinking about and can't narrow it down. If you've had your draft, how did your top 10 go?

Any idea how the 4-5-6 picks will go?
(Our league had quite a lot of discussion before our actual draft)
Our draft went:
(some very questionable first round picks)

Edge and McGahee may still be around, take either if so. Strongly consider Deuce McAllister as well.

I have been thinking that as well about Deuce, but I drafted him last year and he burned me. Don't want it to happen 2 years in a row.

It matters how they keep score in your league. Typically RB's are more valuable early on if its a TD/yd league.

Personally, I'd be nervous about taking Deuce there as well........but from everything I've read, he's supposed to carry an even greater load this year (assuming he can stay healthy).

I just got back from my draft, had the #2 pick.
In order:
S. Alexander RB
D. McAllister RB
C. Johnson WR
S. Smith WR
K. Collins QB
P. Burress WR
R. Brown RB
NE Defense
W. Dunn RB
A. Brooks QB
L. Evans WR
J. Wiggins TE
T. Williamson WR
J. Reed PK
Jacksonville D
We get to draft 3 FA players after the first week of the season. While everyone else is fighting for RB's and WR's, I will fill in my K and TE, and pick up another D.
I like my draft, great depth at all skill positions. Two top 10 QB's, 4 top 25 RB's, 5 top 30 WR's, top 10 TE, top 5 kicker and two top 10 defenses.
Our league has 10 teams. I like my chances.

Not to state the obvious, but dropping from Randy Moss to Nate Burelson as your #1 target will definitely lower your stock. As a N.B. owner however, I hope Daunte keeps it up.

I dont put a ton of stock in the Randy Moss issue. I think that Culpepper many times made Moss go than vice versa. Culpepper will be fine with his group of wide outs.

I plan on going RB the first two rounds unless either of the top 2 QB's or WR's are available. Even then, I still may take a RB over them.

You had the 2nd pick and got McCallister in the 2nd round? How many teams in your league?

We have 10 teams. One guy jumped on Gonzalez way early, a few QB's went early, I'll take Deuce with the 19th pick.
I think Kerry Collins will be a top 5 QB this year, and I got him in the 5th round, after filling out my starting RB's and WR's. I had to take him with my 5th pick, or I wouldn't have got him. Getting Aaron Brooks in the 10th round was a steal.
I was amazed at the depth I got later in the draft at skill positions. Even if I have injuriesI have the depth to fill in the holes.
