Fantasy Football: Favre or Delhomme
Favre vs Cin
Delhomme vs Minn
Although Favre hasn't been winning, he's still putting up some good fantasy numbers. I still would like to stay with him, but yahoo like's Delhomme to put up a show. TIA

Grren Bay has to throw the ball on every play because they have no backs. Favre is either leading the league or second in TD's thrown. Not sure how your league does it scoring but Favre has been a monster for me this year. I have started him over Eli every week. Week one is the only time I regret doing it.

come on......delhomme may have 6 tds by the end of this game.....minn. is terrible.
farve not only doesn't have a running game to keep the chains moving, but is down to 1 remaining reciever, he has lost the next 2 on the depth chart

Delhomme. Going against a worse Defense, not to mention Favre is rapidly running out of supporting players.

Both should have decent games but I would go with Delhomme due to the Packers' injury issues.
For my 3rd WR should I go with C. Chambers (@ NO) or N. Burleson (@CAR)?

Delhomme without question. Farve (spelled correctly BTW) has a depleted WR and RB cast on the road. Delhomme has Steve Smith regardless of where they play. Enough said.

I would go with Delhomme. I think I'm gonna bench Peyton this week in favor of Favre, though.

Smart move since Peyton has a bye this week.

Delhome's performance against Detroit was enough to convince me that he is not a very good fantasy QB.

Delhomme sucks, you start Favre until his arm falls off.

Farve is putting up the points. Don't over-coach your team. Keep him in there until he stinks it up...

I'd take Favre over Delhomme any day except when Carolina is playing a game within the division- they always bring it strong for those.

Footballguys.com has a heavy lean towards Delhomme over Farve this weekend.

I have another one for you:
Brady v. Buffalo or
Leftwich v. St. Louis
I'm thinking Leftwich, but I'll hang up and listen to your expert advice.

How about Favre or Brunell? League scoring for QB's is touchdown's only and distance of TD's matter. 0-9 yards = 6 pts. 10-39 yards = 9 pts. over 40 yards = 12 points.
Favre @ Cinci, Brunell vs NY Ginats.

9 times out of 10 I would start Brady.
but the matchups this week make me lean towards leftwich
jags are going up agians a St. Louis Defense that in near bottom in the league against the pass. They made Tim Rattay look like Joe Montana. Plus with Bulger, Holt, and Bruce out of the line-up the Rams will be doing a ton of punting. Giving Lefty more oppurtunities to put up points.
Brady on the otherhand is going agains the Bills defense that is in the top 3 against the pass. The Bills are a very poor run defense so look for the Pats to commit the the run wether it's Dillon or Pass in the line-up.
There is not one original thought in this reply. I've plagerized other people's ideas.

Mark Brunell has silenced his critics (and Patrick Ramsey's supporters) with his play this year. He stands at #3 overall amongst fantasy QBs with 116/198 for 1492 yards, 12 TDs and only 2 interceptions so far, and has tossed 68/114 for 905 yards, 8 TDs and 0 interceptions over the past 3 weeks, including his 13/20 for 252 yards, 3 TDs and 0 interceptions performance last week. He's nuclear hot right now, folks. So is Santana Moss - 5/112/1 receiving last week; 23/401/3 over the past 3 weeks; 38/743/5 this season - he's the top fantasy WR this year. RB Mike Sellers has quietly snarfed up 4 TD passes to date, including 2/21/2 last week vs. San Francisco - he's been involved around the goal line quite a bit this year and might be a decent addition in a basic scoring league.
This week, the Redskins division rival lurks awaiting their arrival at Giants' Stadium. However, the Giants' pass defense is not very good (CB William Peterson keeps missing games due to his bad back), ranking 31st in the NFL allowing an average of 295.8 passing yards per game, with 9 TDs surrendered to date. Last week, Jake Plummer hit them for less, 18/29 for 194 yards, 1 TD and 0 interceptions but the Broncos rushed for 33/191/1 - Denver didn't need to pass a lot. Over the past 3 weeks, the Giants have averaged 243.5 passing yards allowed per game (2 games, with 312 given up to Drew Bledsoe two weeks ago) - they just aren't very tough in this phase of the game.
Brunell is super hot, the Giants are very giving week in and week out - advantage, Washington.

Thank you. This is kind of what I was thinking except not with as much detail. My though process this morning: Buffalo's D is tough and St. Louis sucks. :D
