Fantasy- Who would you start?
Flex Player: Mewelde Moore (@ Carolina), Larry Johnson (@ SD), Chris Chambers (@ NO)
One thing to note regarding L. Johnson is my opponent has Priest Holmes in his lineup.

I'd go with Chambers because of the matchup. Carolina will probably shut the Vikings down, they got lucky at home last week. The Chiefs still split too many carries between LJ and Priest, and San Diego's rush defense is 2nd in the league. Chambers at least is the number one passing option against a really bad defense.
Could you help me out?
I have Thomas Jones @the Lions and Tatum Bell at home against the Eagles. Both guys have matchup problems, the Lions defense has something to prove after the last time they played the Bears. The Eagles, well, look at what they did to L.T. last week. What do you think?
I also have Chris Perry at home against the Packers. He's done decent in my league because I get 1 point per reception, and Perry's been bringing it solid as of late.

I'd probably start Perry instead of Bell, if either, but Thomas Jones has been too good to sit him no matter who he's playing against.
I'm struggling with Kerry Collins or Daunte Culpepper and Kevin Curtis or Terry Glenn.

I'd go with Thomas Jones, personally. He had a huge game against the Lions last time, and I'd expect him to come through with around 100 yds and at least 1 TD.
I'm starting him in my league.

Pittman or Cadillac?
I know that either Pittman or Cadillac is going to have a huge week. Unforrtunately, Cadillac is still listed as questionable, and even though he's been practicing this week he's still a game-time decision.
I tentatively have Cadillac starting, but has anyone heard anything to suggest he won't be playing?

go to www.fantasyasylum.com and one of the forums, I think the-Who to Start? forum, has up-to-the second info.
edit: Who to start is subscription only, just go to general discussion

Terry Glenn or Anquan Boldin?

I would go with Thomas Jones. He's been a stud up to this point and you should stick with him until he proves otherwise. I have him and didn't even consider benching him.

Curtis for WR. Holt & Bruce are out, so Curtis is the #1 guy.
Green at San Diego.
I wouldn't start Ben, he's playing the Ravens. I can't remember who the titans play this week.

BTW, nice win yesterday. How close was the game?
Also saw that two of your guys made All-Region. They both had my vote.

Those are some tough choices, GB Spartan. Personally, I'd go with either Steve McNair (@ Oakland) or Trent Green (@ San Diego). Seems like a toss-up between those two. San Diego and Oakland are middle-of-the-pack teams in defending through the air, but both matchups seem better than Roethlisberger will have against the Ravens.
At WR, I'd go with Michael Clayton, mostly because he's due to breakout and he is matched up today with San Francisco. Granted, Tim Rattay isn't the best quarterback in the NFL, but he should look pretty good against the worst pass defense in the NFL. Kevin Curtis has a touch matchup against the Jaguars, and Doug Gabriel has been anything but special against decent teams.

I have been pretty lucky. I picked up Ben in the last round of my draft.

Hey, I started this thread! M. Moore, Chambers, or L. Johnson.
I've got one vote for Chambers, one for Johnson. Up to this point, I've been leaning towards Moore.

I said Johnson at first and I think he is a good sleeper pick. Moore is probably the safer pick. If these guys are FLEX and Im not sure who your starting RB is, but a sleeper might be worth the risk. Just my opinion.

Right now, I have Tomlinson and T. Jones as my starters.
I decided not to start Moore only because the other 2 play at 4:00 and we can change lineups up to 5 mins. before kickoff. So, now it's between Chambers and Johnson. If my opponent didn't have Holmes, I would definitely go with Johnson. My concern is Holmes gets all the carries and points and it would have a double negative impact.

The kid I'm going up against put Fred Taylor into his starting lineup at the last minute.
I check the box score a few minutes ago...
Touchdown JAX: Fred Taylor rushed to the left for a 71-yard gain
What makes it hurt more is that I dropped Fred Taylor two weeks ago because he wasn't doing much.
On the bright side, as long as Steve McNair and Randy Moss don't have big games, I think I'll be alright today.

I swear the guys just want to kill us (3 one goal games this weekend -- just goes to show you how even the region was from probably 3rd - 8th). I've never seen a game where I thought we controlled it throughout, but failed to blow 'em out. Had to give them a lot of credit for not rolling over, even their coach was a bit surprised.
We were up by 3-4 goals most of the game, until the 4th QTR when our offense went kaput. Played great D the last 2 minutes of the game, including the last :35 when they had the ball the entire time.
Happy they got all region, but I'm a little surprised it wasn't reversed. It's just the guy that got 2nd team doesn't score like the guy that got first team.
BTW, Curtis stat line so far: 2 catches, 100 yards, 1 touchdown. I think they need to throw the ball to him a bit more.
