Question Any fantasy baseball advice?

My geek draft is in an hour and did not do any research this year. Any good free advice sites on the web? Sleeper/rookie picks? Top picks? Injuries? Roger Clements?
TIA.

Jesus, how can you do fantasy baseball? The one season I did it put me off of it for good. You have to spend 10 hours a week on it to win your league.
