Which WR should I trade for?
Roy Williams or Chad Johnson?

Depends on what you are talking about giving up. Roy is the man this year in Detroit. At this point, you have to say he is a better fantasy WR than Johnson. However, in Johnson's case, you might be able to snag him for less since his fantasy owner is down on him. Also in Johnson's favor is Chris Henry is back this week for the Bengals. Not sure if he will play this weekend or not, but that will give Cincy a bonafide # 3 WR, which will open things up some.

If you're giving up the same amount to get either, I'd get Roy. But as TCOB said, it depends what the pricetag is for each.

It would not change who I gave up. The same guy has both Johnson and Williams and said I could take either one.

First one: Jon Kitna throwing to.
Second one: Carson Palmer throwing to.
Johnson by a mile.

I think I would go for Roy then. He is having a great year, and the Lions suck, so they are likely to be throwing the ball more frequently.
If you are making the trade this week, consider that the Lions are on a bye week, and the Bengals have had their bye already.

Without a legitimate second threat, defenses in prevent will roll more coverage to Williams' side. NEVER go with a player from a weaker offense over a player from a stronger offense. I'd take Chad Johnson over Randy Moss right now because Oakland is as pathetic as the Lions.

I would rather have Roy but if you can get Chad for cheaper I would consider it

Chad = O-line issues + shoulder injury? = no downfield passes

Roy, for sure. You could make a case that Housh is a better receiver this year than Chad Johnson.

Have you been paying attention at all this year. Kitna is having a better year in Fantasy standards than Carson. He is #2 in passing yards (granted Kitna hasn't had his bye week yet....but unless Palmer throws for over 400 yards he's still behind). I think either WR would be a good pick up....but by no means can you say Johnson by a mile.

I repeat, Johnson by a mile.
