Name someone I should pick up

My team is brutally bad. 2-5 record, Shaun Alexander, Lamont Jordan, etc.

So... who is someone that I should pick up that isn't likely to already be taken in my 10-team league? Any position except QB -- WR, RB, TE -- would be helpful.

TE's : Chris Cooley (Wash) and Chris Baker (NYJ) are available in alot of leagues. I personally picked up Cooley after trading away Winslow, he did well for me last week.

WR's: Cotchery (NYJ) and Br. Johnson (ARI)...I would take Cotchery over Johnson with Fitzgerald coming back soon.

RB's : L. Washington (NYJ) and Jacobs (NYG). Jacobs gets alot of the short yardage and goal line rushes. Washington is turning into a reliable back in NY.

I'm really not a Jets fan, but their offense has really come around and alot of their players are still overlooked.

**Also if your nervous about Alexander you may be able to make a multiple player trade with him, especially with a team in the top 3 spots in your league since they can afford to wait a few weeks for him. He is a big name and you could get some decent players for him.

I've been keeping Barlow around all season thinking he'd emerge as the full time back. I finally dropped him for Leon Washington who I am considering starting over Frank Gore (bye week fill-in).

there are good free websites out there that spend time on waiver wire pickups every week. You can't expect us to name off a bunch of dudes, at all positions besides QB, that MAY be available in your league. That is stupid.

go to FFToday.com ('through the wire' column) or fantasysharks.com.

Just asking for someone you think is undervalued... the first two replies were ideal. Thanks for the tip to those sites, though.

if your wire is picked over GB will be starting a rookie opposite Driver this weekend. Against AZ at home he should have a decent day.

Down the road help could be Chris Perry. Rudi Johnson is becoming banged up "missed some practice this week" and Perry just came off the injured list.

Pennigton should put up good numbers this week against Cleveland whos secondary is depleted to say the least.

If Washington or Lundi are on your wire I would pick up one or both and play them both this week.

What kind of league are you in that Colston is still available?

Hot players today available in scores of leagues:

Joe Horn, O Daniels(TE from Houston), Mike Bell, Eddie Kennison, Joe Horn, Reuben Droughns just to name a few. Today has been a great day for waiver wire adds for me after the first set of games

Actually I drafted him, so he has never been available in my league.
