Should I trade for a RB?
Lowdown:
6-3 in my 12 team, $200 league , 2nd overall in standings, 5 games to go until Playoffs.
QB: Dre Breesis a top 5 Qb, and I will be sticking with him for the rest of the season (Over Palmer and Grossman)
RB: LJ is #1 overall, and Ahman Green is a solid #2 RB, but is still playing hurt.
WR: Torry Holt is the #1 WR, Coles is like 4 or 5
TE: Gonzalez is #2
D/ST: Ravens, #1 (aquired in a trade for Anquan Boldin and the Vikes D)
Now, I think I am set to make a push for the title, but My main concern is Green's Health. SHould I package him (Palmer and the Cheifs D) to aquire a RB, and maybe another WR? (It has to be a fair trade, noone wants to deal with me after I stole the Ravens.)

Win or lose tonight, we're still viewed as the elite Big Ten basketball program thanks to the annual chokejob by Bo's boys.

your team is loaded. However, if you can upgrade by dealing backups, then do it. Who do you think you can target for Palmer etc ?

I want Stephen Jackson, but the guy will not give him up, dispite him having Kitna as his only QB and the worse D in our league (Rams).

Crazy thought: any chance you can go after Shaun Alexander? Maybe the guy who has him needs points NOW just to make the playoffs and you can get a nice deal for him, thereby setting yourself up for the playoff weeks when Shaun should be 100%.

That means I will not have a running back in the 2nd spot. Sounds good, but that would put me in a major hole.

I was thinking then you could just pick up anybody off the waiver wire to survive for a week or two. Depends on how solid your plaoff positioning already is as to whether it's worth the risk.

Im a game up on the 2nd place team in the wildcard, and own the tiebreaker. I play the 3 cellar dwellers the next 3 weeks. If I win all 3, I lock up a Playoff spot with 2 weeks to go.
