Bored with Fantasy Football

Anyone else? It's reached a point where everyone has a say in it. All the way down to the ditzy office chick who thinks she's hanging with the guys talking FF football around the water cooler. Sorry ladies, I don't need that. And you don't know half the sports you think you do. I've been doing it for almost 15 years now and I think it has run its course for me. It used to be sort of an exclusive thing that me and my sports dork buddies did and not too many people understood our passion for it. We'd do the stats by hand for god's sake! It's way too mainstream now. Maybe it's b/c the NFL blows that I feel this way as well. The offenses are so predictable, that fantasy is now as well. I used to get SO excited for draft day, don't have that this year. Maybe making the playoffs 6 straight years has led to some complacency on my part.

You need to switch things up. Start a aution/dynasty league or something. That'll seperate you from the trim around the water cooler.

Maybe the guys you're playing with are not fun. I'm a huge fantasy nerd as well, but the best part of my draft night is that every year it turns into one of the biggest drunken messes of the year. I generally have 3-5 guys passed out in my lawn/garage/front yard/etc...
