Harrington in the 22nd round... good pick?

Had my fantasy draft tonight and picked up Joey H in the 22nd round. I think he could be a sleeper as the starting job is his and ATL has a few weapons (Horn, Crumpler)

We go 16 rounds in a ten team league and there ain't much left then - I can't imagine go 22 rounds. Why would you do that? What do you start?
