On my team I have

RBs: Frank Gore, Willie Parker, Ronnie Brown, DeAngelo Williams
WRs: Plaxico, Laveraneus Coles, Braylon, Kevin Curtis

I was offered Andre Johnson for DeAngelo Williams, should I do it?

I get to start 2 RBs, 2 WRs, and a RB/WR

question: does your league reward for # of receptions? if so than I prolly would as he led the league in receptions last year. if not than RB's are always more valuable

Yes, your WR are kinda weak and you have plenty of depth at RB.

question: Does your league deduct points for stupidity. If so, you lose.

is this a 6 team league? or are your fellow owners idiotic?

how in the world did you score your first three backs on the same team?

Sorry to post on tRCMB, i didn't realize there was a Fantasy Forum too.

The points are just 1 point for 10 receiving/rushing yards, 6 points for rushing/receivng TD.

Make the trade, Williams will be in a 2) rotation. You would never play him anyway.

That's what I was thinking, and Plaxico is hurt too. So I'd have Andre and Coles starting Week 1.

Yes, you make that trade in a heartbeat.

I'm going to be in the minority here ... but I'm not sure that I do it.

Your starters right now are Gore, Parker, Brown, Burress, Coles/Edwards.

I content that you have more depth at WR right now since you are already moving Burress, Coles, or Edwards to the bench. Couple that with the fact that RBs are always harder to find as a FA once the season starts, I sit tight.

That was my thought from the start and I am nervous that DeAngelo won't get his chance to breakout like Larry Johnson did over Priest or Marion Barber kinda did against Julius Jones.

I think I'll sit tight for another week or so and make a decision right before the season.

I would do the trade anyway. There should be at least a couple of RB's left that are worth the gamble in FA, like a Mike Bell, Dominic Rhodes or Vernand Morency that stand a chance to be starters if someone goes down. That being said I would try and throw in one of your wr and get a RB in return, just to hedge your bet on WIlliams.
