I made the worst FF related prediction of my life this past weekend

I have Denver's and Cinci's( Yeah, I know) defenses in my league. I know Oakland is not that good, but I just had a strong feeling that Cleveland wouldn't be able to do anything on offense. 51 points later and I'm feeling like a complete idiot. If I started Denver, I would have had an easy win, now I have to sweat it out because my opponent has Philly's D going tonight.

Looking back, its still the right move. Who in the world would think that Cleveland would do so well?

I would cut Cincy's D right away.

Agreed!! Is Tenn out there for ya...though they gave up alot of points against Indy.....Who isn't? I think they looked good, and got alot of pressure on Manning which just doesn't happen!! Also has anyone grabbed up Green Bay, I'd rate them over Tenn, there for real this year.

Here ar the only defenses that are available right now with the amount of points each has scored. There is no way in hell I am touching the Lions defense. I'm thinking Oakland might be my best option at this point.

Lions, Detroit DET Def 36.0
49ers, San Francisco SFO Def 31.0
Raiders, Oakland OAK Def 31.0
Buccaneers, Tampa Bay TBB Def 21.0
Falcons, Atlanta ATL Def 17.0
Cardinals, Arizona ARI Def 16.0
Saints, New Orleans NOS Def 13.0
Browns, Cleveland CLE Def 12.0
Giants, New York NYG Def 11.0

Slim pickins...Oakland's pass defense was great last year...but this isn't last year. IMO your best bet obviously is to match up week to week against weaker offenses. Denver's run defense has been pourous and we all know about Cinci this year. Unless you get a decent Def in a multiple player trade you set up during the season I'd think that's your best bet. Good Luck!

Of these options I would ride with Tampa Bay at home against St. Louis' struggling offense. Another struggling offense is Baltimore...your call if you wanna try Arizona but keep in mind its in Baltimore.
