solid choices but you need to be on the WW all year to get some starters. trade wouldn't hurt either, i'd see if Dunn could fetch some SP help.
overall, can't be mad about that draft. offense will be sick all year, RP is as good as its going to be, and you have 2 established starters to anchor the rotation.
looking at the undrafted players, there's a good crop of pitching talent. if Mark Buerhle isn't getting drafted, there's probably going to be a good starter option available at all times.

I have put Glaus on the DL and am hoping to pick up Andrew Miller
BJ Ryan and Buerhle also went undrafted

Wait on BJ Ryan. I doubt he'll be the closer until May at the earliest. Remember he's coming off major elbow surgery and Accardo did a fine job last year in his place.

i woudln't even trust Miller. I think Jair Jurrjens will pitch better in 08. Lots of options though.

I wouldn't wait on Ryan. I've heard reports that he's trying to be ready by opening day. Even if he's not, there is a chance you won't get him a month or two from now. If you think that your roster is good enough that you can stash him in case he's not ready till May, then I'd pick him up.
Okay, i just looked at your roster. Should have done that before I posted. Scratch what I said on Ryan. You've got 3 closers and don't really need a fourth.

Ryan may be ready to pitch but I just don't see him being trotted out on opening day as the closer. Conventional wisdom seems to suggest that they'll ease him into the closer role if Accardo is still lights out.

The Brad Lidge experiment didn't go well for me last year

True, but if you need a closer why wait and risk losing a quality guy like Ryan?

I guess it depends on how many bench slots you have. Ryan's high risk and high reward this year. I'm debating how much he'll be worth in my AL only league (4x4).

Two trades to consider, I'll make this team kind of the fantasy board team
Curtis Granderson
for
Chien Men Wang (who I like a lot)
Garret Anderson
or
Brad Lidge
Adam Dunn
for
Tim Hudson
Jermaine Dye
I think I like option 2 better, don't really want to give up Curtis

Horrible trade. Anderson is a shell of his former self and Wang offers very little. He has a decent ERA and will get some wins because of the team he plays for.
The second trade is much better for you. You could use another starter and Dye/Dunn will put up similar numbers. Dunn should put up a few more HR's and Dye should put up a slightly better average.

neither trade is all that great. the second one is OK if you really think SP will be an issue, but i don't think adding hudson is worth it. i don't see much production out of Dye anymore

The Reds signed Francisco Cordero in the offseason so Weathers will set up.
